📦 Order Confirmation & Processing
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed within 2 days of purchase through our Shopify system.
- Processing Time: Once confirmed, orders are processed within 2–4 days.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners and typically arrive within 7–15 days depending on your location.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Please email us at mummybetihub@gmail.com with your order details.
- Note: A 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway charges.
🔄 Return & Exchange Conditions
- We do not offer cash refunds, but we do accept returns/exchanges in the following situations:
Eligible Returns:
Manufacturing Defects: Report within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Mandatory: Opening parcel video proof must be shared with your complaint.
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be eligible for:
- Store Credit or Product Exchange (same or equivalent value)
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed if:
- The product is defective or damaged (reported within 12 hours of delivery).
- You place a new order for the replacement item.
- Store credit from approved returns can be used toward your new purchase.
📝 Return Process
- Email us at mummybetihub@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return address.
- After we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue store credit via email or directly to your account.
🚨 Important Points
- Items returned used, damaged, or without proper packaging/tags will not qualify.
- Return postage is not covered by us.
